In reality, however, refugees are frequently the victims of inconsistent and discriminatory treatment.
They're increasingly obliged to rebuild their lives in the face of xenophobia and racism.
And all too often, they aren't permitted to enter the work force and are fully dependent on humanitarian aid.
In addition, far too many regugee children are out of school due to lack of funding for education programs.
If you go back in your own family history, chances are you will discover that at a certain point, your ancestors were forced from their homes, either escaping a war or fleeing discrimination and persecution.
It would be good of us to remember their stories when we gear of refugees currently displaces, searching for a new home.

그리고 대부분의 경우에 그들은 직업을 가질 수 없고 오로지 인도주의적 지원에 의존해야 합니다.
게다가 수많은 난민 아이들은 교육 프로그램 지원이 부족해서 학교를 다닐 수 없습니다.
여러분의 가족사를 뒤돌아보면 아마 어느 시점에 여러분의 조상들이 전쟁 혹은 차별과 억압을 피하기 위해 집을 떠나야 했었다는 사실을 발견할 것입니다.
현재 새로운 집을 찾아 떠나는 난민들의 이야기를 접할 때 우리 조상의 이야기들을 떠올려 보는 것도 좋을 것입니다.

평생 살아온 고향을 떠나 다른 나라에서 평범하지 않은 시선을 받으며 살아오신 모든 분들은 정말 대단하다.
생존을 위해 그 어떤것도 견디며 살아온 날들에 경의를 표하며
난만으로 만든 집단(나라든, 정부든, 군대든)에 대한 다양한 방식의 공격이 필요하다.
